2. Website purpose
This website presents WebScale services, educational content, and a way to request a business consultation. Public information on the website is general and does not create a professional-services agreement.
3. Consultation requests
Submitting the consultation form requests contact from WebScale. It does not automatically confirm a Google Meet appointment, create a contract, reserve project capacity, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services.
A meeting is confirmed only after WebScale responds and both parties agree on the date and time.
4. Project proposals and agreements
Services begin only after the parties agree in writing on scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, payment terms, and any other relevant project conditions. A project proposal or separate agreement may include additional terms.
5. Pricing
“Web Projects Starting at $500 USD” describes an entry price for qualifying scopes. It is not a fixed price for every project. Final pricing depends on strategy, design, content, page count, functionality, integrations, timing, and other requirements.
Third-party expenses such as hosting, domains, software licenses, advertising spend, premium assets, and external services are not included unless stated in writing.
6. Results and performance
WebScale does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, calls, appointments, revenue, advertising results, or other business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the offer, competition, budget, market demand, third-party platforms, and client follow-up.
7. Technical guarantee
When included in the signed project scope, the 30-day technical guarantee covers correction of reproducible technical errors attributable to WebScale work within that scope. It does not include new features, content changes, third-party changes, maintenance, misuse, or business results.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content.
- Do not use automated systems to overload the form or website.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit information without authority.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the WebScale name, original text, design system, graphics, and website code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Website access does not grant permission to copy, resell, or create derivative commercial works.
10. Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party platforms, including Google services and hosting infrastructure. Their availability, policies, and operation are outside WebScale’s control.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or modify website content and functionality. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every public statement will remain current indefinitely.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebScale is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use this public website. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under applicable law. Any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to a user remain in effect. Project-specific dispute terms may be established in a separate written agreement.
